The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL-CENTRAL MINDANAO CAMPUS, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 19,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 19-11-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
