Please place the forms in a folder designated for every unit or office and place all folders in one expanding envelope (any color).
SECURITY MEASURES FOR MSU-IIT ENROLLEES AND PARENTS:
1. Only enrollee and parents are allowed to enter.
2. Submit yourself for inspection upon entry.
3. Bring your ID (students and parents).
4. Do not wear bull cap.
5. Do not bring back pack.
6. Do not bring bottled water.
7. Vehicles are not allowed to enter. PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY.
