The Philippine Science High School-Central Mindanao Campus, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2017 (R.A. No. 10924) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos & 72/100 (P1,254,960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 17-07-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
