The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL-CENTRAL MINDANAO CAMPUS, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2017 (RA No. 10924) intends to apply the amount of Four Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (PhP 4,860,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC GOODS 17-08-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
