The Philippine Science High School-Central Mindanao Campus, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2018 (R.A. No. 10964) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 4,735,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 18-02-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
