The Philippine Science High School-Central Mindanao Campus, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2018 (RA No. 10964) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Fourteen Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1,939,114.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC CONS 18-01-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
