The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL-CENTRAL MINDANAO CAMPUS, through the General Appropriation Act of 2020 (R.A. 11465) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 23,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 20-03-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
