Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

No. 10717) Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy One Pesos & 89/100 (Php 6,696,171.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 17-07-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
