The Philippine Science High School-Central Mindanao Campus, through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2015 (R.A. No. 10651)
Continuing Appropriation for CY 2016 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (P4,380,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 16-11-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
