No. 10924) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Sixty Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty Six Pesos & 72/100 (P1,565,156.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CMC INFRA 17-05- 005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
